Common questions
SlipLine is installed but nothing is underlined.
Reload the page once after installing. SlipLine only underlines text it recognizes as a bet: a team or player plus a market word such as ML, WIN, a spread like -.5 or +3.5, or a total like o47.5 or u2.5. If the game is not listed on Polymarket there is nothing to match, so nothing is underlined.
The panel shows the wrong game or the wrong market.
Click the flag icon in the panel. That sends us the phrase and the market we matched so we can fix the match. Team nicknames and abbreviations vary by league and we add new ones from these reports.
SlipLine missed a bet it should have caught.
Open the SlipLine popup, search the phrase, and choose "should have caught this". That report goes into our vocabulary review and usually lands in the next release.
Which wallets work?
Any browser wallet that speaks the standard Ethereum provider interface: MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom, Coinbase Wallet, and most others. Polymarket settles on Polygon, so the wallet will be asked to switch to Polygon the first time you bet.
How do I deposit?
Open the panel, click your balance, and choose the chain and token you want to deposit from. The deposit goes through Polymarket's own bridge into your Polymarket balance. Watch the minimum shown on the deposit screen: amounts below it can get stuck at the bridge, and we cannot recover them for you.
Where is my money held?
In your own Polymarket balance, controlled by your wallet. Bet Your Capital never holds funds. If you uninstall SlipLine, your balance and open positions are still yours at polymarket.com with the same wallet.
What does SlipLine cost?
The extension is free. SlipLine is a Polymarket builder, which means Polymarket attributes a small fee on the volume placed through SlipLine to us. The fee is shown on the order before you confirm.
Can I use SlipLine where I live?
Polymarket decides who can trade on it. You are responsible for checking that trading on Polymarket is permitted where you are, and Polymarket's own terms apply to every bet. Bet Your Capital does not offer, accept, or settle bets.
How do I remove SlipLine?
In Chrome, open the puzzle-piece icon next to the address bar, find SlipLine, click the three dots, then "Remove from Chrome". Nothing is left behind: SlipLine stores no data on our servers that belongs to you beyond what is described in the privacy policy.
